This property has 80 steps to reach the villa entrance from parking.

BEDROOMS:
- This estate has 4 bedrooms with queen size beds
- There are 4 bathrooms - all attached to respective bedrooms.
- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.

LIVING AREA:
- There is a living room and it offers a 55 Inch Led TV and Sony music system.
- Balcony overlooking the valley connects the living room.

SWIMMING POOL:
- The pool is 12x14 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.
- It is accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM.
- * The pool can be heated at an additional cost on 48 hours prior notice.
- If the villa is booked within 24hrs of check-in, guests will not be able to use the heated pool.
- The pool is not functional during the monsoon.

KITCHEN & MEALS:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove, and a water purifier.
- Kitchen access only for staff
- Extra cleaning charges applicable
- Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 18 people.
- The caretaker can prepare meals for the guests at an additional cost.

ACTIVITIES:
- There is a gaming room which includes a snooker table, carrom board and a few board games.
- A trampoline, cricket set, basketball, and bicycles are also available.
- It is not accessible post 11 PM.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- Secured parking space is available for up to 4 cars.
- In case of a power outage, an inverter is available in the villa.
- Children must be supervised all the time while they are in outdoor spaces as there are steps and slopes.
