- This section features Samsung Home theatre, 5 seater sofa, and 12+ lounge seating for family/group gatherings
- It is well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished.
- There is an 8-seater indoor dining table to savor mouth-watering dishes.
- An extra washroom is connected to dining room.
- Verandah connecting living and dining overlooks the lawns, trees, swimming pool and more
- It also features an antique sitout setup & Snooker Pool table for leisure.
Swimming Pool:
- The Property has a private swimming pool. It has an adult and a kids section.
- Pool dimensions are 30*20ft. The pool is 4.50 ft. deep.
- Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool.
- There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around and outdoor furniture to have drinks and food with your loved ones.
Guest access:
You can access all areas of the house from the plantations, whether it’s relaxing at the pool or setting up the bonfire, and do take out some time to visit the nearby farms and settle near the river (at caution) sipping hot beverages.
Other things to note:
- CCTV installed in outdoor areas like verandah and entrance.
- Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
- Smoking is restricted to Balcony and outdoor spaces.
- Stags/solo groups not allowed
- We have Inverter placed at the property in case of power cuts, which ideally gives 3-4 hours backup.
Guests can request for fruits, produce, saplings and caretaker can provide based on availability and stock.
