- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
- Wardrobes are available.

Living area:
- The villa has 1 living room, located on the ground floor connecting the dining section and private pool.
- It is well-lit and tastefully furnished.
- We have a 6-seater indoor dining table with a pool view.

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 3 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom attached to the living-dining area.
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Pool:
- The villa has an outdoor private pool with a waterfall.
- The pool is 4.5 ft. deep. Sizing 18 ft by 12 ft.
- Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool.
- There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around and outdoor patio furniture.


Food:
We have a Kitchen separate from the property taking into consideration of your privacy, which offers you a meal package at Rs. 1200/person for lunch after your check-in, evening tea with snacks (which you can have next to the pool), dinner, and breakfast before you check out.

The food is made with fresh groceries fetched from the local market and made fresh in front of you. (Kitchen access only for staff)


Security:
On-site caretaker, in a secured gated community and CCTV at outdoor areas
Make sure you carry an extra change of clothes and don't forget to look out for stars on cold winter nights.

Other things to note

Security deposit - 5000/- charged at check-in shall be reversed after inspection
- Quiet times 10pm - 8am
( pool cannot be accessed post 9pm till morning 6am )
- Stags or Solo groups not allowed
- Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited, ( only in outdoor areas like balcony and near pool )
- Standard Check-in time - 2.00 PM IST and Check-out time - 11.00 AM IST.
- All Adults to carry & show valid ID proof during the Check-in process.
- The Property space will be very clean on your arrival, and we ask that you leave it neat and free of rubbish on your departure; for if a deep cleaning service is required, then an extra fee will be charged.
