- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms- Wardrobes are available.

- The property has 2 living rooms on the ground floor with wide openings and lake-view offerings.
- It is well-lit and tastefully furnished.
- There is a 12-seater outdoor dining table for the guests.

Bathrooms:
- The Property has 6 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Pool:
- The property has a private swimming pool.
- The pool is 4.50 ft. deep.
- Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool.
-There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around with outdoor patio furniture.

Lawn:
- The property has a large, spacious lawn area with spawning trees - where you can sit under its shade.
- You can sit and have evening conversations over chai at our outdoor seating spaces.

Food:
We have a Kitchen separate from the property taking into consideration of your privacy, which offers you a meal package at Rs. 1000/person for lunch after your check-in, evening tea with snacks (which you can have next to the bonfire), dinner, and breakfast before you check out.

The food is made with fresh groceries fetched from the local market and made fresh in front of you. (Kitchen access only for staff)
