A Walk-through

The house has 2 Bedrooms, Living area, open sky Jacuzzi, kitchen and lawn space. The Living room comes with a 4 seater sofa, Led TV, attached washroom, extra mattresses and a day bed to lounge around. 

Outdoor dining space comes with 6 seater dining table connecting living area and garden-lawn area.

Both Air conditioned (AC) bedrooms are located on the first floor and come with a wardrobe and en-suite washroom. First bedroom comes with a double size bed, bathtub and an open sky jacuzzi in the balcony. Second bedroom comes with a queen size bed, wardrobe and attached bathroom.

Kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove. We have basic utensils for small meals & Tea-coffee-Maggie. For food, Multiple restaurants deliver at this location.

Other things to note:

- Standard Check-in time - 2.00 PM IST and Check-out time - 11.00 AM IST.
- All Adults to carry & show valid ID proof during the Check-in process.
- A damage deposit of INR 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
- We are present in nature-centric locations far from cities, where some properties have direct roads and others have a bit rough patches/country roads here and there. Kindly check with the property which vehicle is suitable to drive down by.
- Please note that due to the remote locations, the network & internet connectivity is sporadic, especially during monsoons. Kindly check with the property if your network is supported.
- We have inverter placed at all properties, in case of power failure, due to weather/remote location. Kindly check with the property host on instructions for the same. ( Air con/geysers don't work on Inverters )
- Illegal activities are prohibited in premises by the law.
- To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, Smoking is strictly restricted to outdoor areas like balcony, lawn etc for safety of self and others.
- Sheesha/hookah not allowed
- In case of spillage of beverages/food in the Jacuzzi, the cost of water replacement will have to be paid for by the guest)
- During stay any upholstery/bedsheet is damaged or contaminated then the cost of replacement of the same will have to be paid prior to check out.
- Quiet Hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. All noise levels must be considerate.
